The Payentry mobile app offers individuals convenient access to their employee information, while providing employers with an advanced time and attendance solution. With this app, employees can easily clock in and out on a tablet at their workplace using the kiosk clock.

Within the app, individuals can access all of their employee information in one place. They can view their pay history by year and see a detailed graph displaying the allocation of their paycheck. Additionally, when authorized by their employer, individuals can use the Time Management feature to clock in and out and view important tax forms such as 1099-M, W-2, and 1095-C. The app also allows individuals to view their contact information, employment status and position, accruals, direct deposits, and deductions.

When utilizing the kiosk clock at a business location, employees can easily clock in and out for their work shifts. The Payentry kiosk clock incorporates clock ID and facial recognition features to help businesses prevent wage and hour fraud. Furthermore, employees have the option to send notes to their managers and clock in and out of different departments or jobs as needed. Once an individual has successfully saved a time punch, they will immediately receive a prominent message indicating success.
